To use Dwitiyo Basonto, you must be at least 18 years of age (for females) or 21 years of age (for males) as per the laws of India. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and are not prohibited from using the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Dwitiyo Basonto reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate community guidelines.

3. Premium Memberships & Payments

We offer various subscription tiers (e.g., Basic, Standard, Premium). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to our pricing and payment terms.

Payments are processed securely via PayU.
Subscriptions provide features such as WhatsApp access limits, daily swipes, and event joins. These limits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specified in a separate refund policy.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to:

Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Post content that is offensive, defamatory, or explicit.
Solicit money or financial information from other users.
Use automated scripts (bots) to interact with the platform.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dwitiyo Basonto acts only as a facilitator for matchmaking. We do not guarantee marriage or successful relationships. We are not liable for the actions, interactions, or behavior of any users on or off the platform.
